It might seem strange that you can transform stress into positive energy but when you think of all the energy we put into fear, anxiety, frustration, anger and a host of other energy drainers, then why not. Why not take that energy and use fire to fight fire.

In the story of Beauty and the Beast, the Beast was not transformed into a prince until Beauty felt compassion for him and accepted him as he was. We need to feel compassion for ourselves but at the same time use our heart power to transform unnecessary negativity and stress into positive energy and emotion.
