Postage and Freight
All orders are sent via Australia Post, registered mail. Postage costs a flat rate of $15.40 inc. GST for orders under 3kg to anywhere in Australia. International customers will be contacted to finalise shipping details.
If you wish to arrange for express delivery via courier, please contact us by e-mail or telephone to make these arrangements.
International Postage to countries other than New Zealand
Please note that shipments to countries other than New Zealand may have postage costs of more than $35. After weighing the products ordered, the postage is calculated and then we send you an email to let you know the cost. We do not ship without your approval of the costs. For example, up to 390gram package to Ireland with insurance is about $45 but a 950 gram pacakage is $76 to the same country. The EmWavePCs weigh 390 grams while the portable emWave weighs 500 grams with the adaptor plug
Returns, Refunds and Credits
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, less the postage
and handling fees
Returns for any defective or damaged product must
be made within 30 days of the receipt of the order. To insure proper credit,
include a copy of your invoice and a brief reason for return. If you no longer
have your invoice, include a note with your name, address, phone number & reason
for the return.
Refunds are not given on books and licensed
products sent via download.
For bulk purchases over $2,000 a restocking fee of
25% of the invoice value applies.
How do I request a refund?
All customers seeking to return products for any reason should apply to us for
approval to return. This may be done by phone, fax or email. Goods returned
without prior written approval from us may not be credited.
Conditions:

Returns due to incorrect customer
ordering or change of mind must be advised within 21 days of receipt of product,
and returns must be affected within 10 days of receipt of the return approval.
No returns will be considered for products that are considered obsolete or
outdated, or for which site licences have been issued.
- Returned
products must be in as-new condition with original packaging and materials.
No returns will be accepted if parts are missing. Please include a copy of
your invoice or packing list with a brief reason for return. If you no longer
have your invoice or packing list, include a note with your name, address,
phone number and reason for the return. Returns received without this basic
information will be subject to delay.
- Credits will
be issued when the returned merchandise has been received and processed by
HeartMath Australia. Please allow approximately 7 to 15 business days.
- HeartMath Australia will only
accept returns for items purchased directly from HeartMath Australia. If you
purchased your item from another source, you must contact them for their
return instructions or authorization.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars
(AUD) and exclude the Goods and Services Tax (GST). To view the prices in U.S.
